Soy waxes are easy to use, do not shrink so re-pours are not necessary and are made from USA grown soy beans! Most of the soy waxes can be melted in the microwave and clean up very easily too. Soy candles have a great scent throw both hot and cold but not typically as strong as paraffin candles. Soy candles burn very clean and soot free in all types of candles. It really is a personal opinion so try a few different types and see what produces the best candle for you. Our soy waxes are made from soy beans grown and processed in the USA. Soy beans are a renewable resource and for that reason, soy wax is considered to to be eco-friendly. Soy wax cannot be considered organic due to the process involved to make wax from soy oil. Over 90% of the soy beans grown in the USA are from genetically modified seeds and therefore soy wax is not considered GMO free or non-GMO.
