Halloween is a great time to get creative with your candle making! This eyeball stew candle reuses some tools you already have on hand and adds a fun twist!

Skill Level: Intermediate

Duration: 1 hour

Makes: One 10 oz. tumbler

  1. 1. Gather equipment and supplies. Weigh 7 ounces of Production Single Pour Wax and heat to 180 °F. In a separate pitcher melt handful of Soy Votive/Pillar wax.

  2. 2. Prepare jars while wax melts. Affix burning instruction label to bottom of jar. Use wick tape to attach the wicks to the inside bottom of the jars and secure wicks with wick clips.

  3. 3. Once the soy pillar wax is melted add 1 white diamond dye and stir.

  4. 4. Slowly pour the soy pillar wax into the blueberry mold. Save some wax and add 1 drop of black liquid dye. Place wax back on the heat, this will be used to fill in the top of the eyeballs.

  1. 5. Remove the Production Single Pour Wax from the heat and 1 drop of Kelly Green Liquid Dye and 2 Neon Green Diamond Dye and stir.

  2. 6. Once color is fully mixed add 0.5 oz. of Zombie Punch Fragrance Oil and stir.

  3. 7. Pour wax into the container and let it cool until the top has a thick skin.

  4. 8. Remove eyeballs from mold and carefully pour or pipette black wax into the top and let it cool.

  1. 9. When the container wax has a thick thin, place eyeballs in the candle and slightly push down. Heatgun to adjust for an overflow and to give a more melted look.

  1. 10. Let it cool and enjoy!
