After a long winter day, all you need is a bath to relax and ease those tired achy muscles and this soothing winter bath soak will do just that! Epsom salt to relieve tired achy muscles, baking soda to soothe & neutralize, sweet almond oil to nourish winter skin, hibiscus has anti-oxidant properties to protect your skin, and finally lavender essential oil to relax.

SHOP ALL INGREDIENTS & EQUIPMENT


Instructions:

  1. 1. Gather all ingredients and equipment in a clean workspace.
  2. 2. Measure and add all dry ingredients to mixing bowl
  3. 3. Measure and add essential oil and sweet almond oil to mixture.

  1. 4. With a spatula mix all ingredients together making sure the oils are evenly disbursed throughout.
  2. 5. Pour or scoop mixture into your 8 oz. pet jars.
  3. 6. Enjoy! Use 1/4 cup in a warm/hot bath!
