After a long winter day, all you need is a bath to relax and ease those tired achy muscles and this soothing winter bath soak will do just that! Epsom salt to relieve tired achy muscles, baking soda to soothe & neutralize, sweet almond oil to nourish winter skin, hibiscus has anti-oxidant properties to protect your skin, and finally lavender essential oil to relax.

Makes: 16 oz. or two 8 oz. jars
Ingredients:
- - 1 cup Baking Soda
- - 1 cup Epsom Salt
- - 2 TBSP Sweet Almond Oil
- - 1 TBSP Dried Hibiscus Flowers
- - 1 TSP Lavender Essential Oil
Equipment:
- - Large Mixing Bowl
- - Measuring Cup
- - Measuring Spoons
- - Mixing spatula
- - 2, 8 oz. Pet Jars
SHOP ALL INGREDIENTS & EQUIPMENT
Instructions:
- 1. Gather all ingredients and equipment in a clean workspace.
- 2. Measure and add all dry ingredients to mixing bowl
- 3. Measure and add essential oil and sweet almond oil to mixture.
- 4. With a spatula mix all ingredients together making sure the oils are evenly disbursed throughout.
- 5. Pour or scoop mixture into your 8 oz. pet jars.
- 6. Enjoy! Use 1/4 cup in a warm/hot bath!
